The founders

Four friends.
Four countries.
One mezcal.

Mexico · United States · Portugal · Germany. United by land, family and the dream of OGAL.

The name that
unites them all

OGAL is the acronym of their four names: Oscar, Gerardo, Antonio, Luis. Four perspectives on the world, four commitments to the land of their grandparents, a single bottle that represents them all.

Our values

What guides
every decision

Roots and territory

Casa Santa Quinta is born from love for inherited land. Every bottle of OGAL is an act of gratitude to Santana, Quintina and the 70 hectares that hold them.

Community and mastery

We work with Oaxacan mezcal masters whose families have preserved this craft for generations. Every stage —cooking in stone ovens, tahona milling, natural fermentation with native yeasts— is done without shortcuts. Our success is theirs too.

Global vision, local soul

Four continents represented in a single product. OGAL is Mexico speaking to the world without losing its identity.

Responsibility to the land

The agave takes decades to mature. That patience teaches us that true value is built without rush and with respect for natural cycles.
